IT'S TIME TO

KNOW ME

I learned to see the world through my father’s eyes on our family trips. I watched how he’d pause to photograph not just monuments, but the quiet moments in between—the wrinkled hands of a street vendor shaping dough, the way afternoon light painted a cobblestone alley. He taught me that travel wasn’t about rushing to check sights off a list, but about leaning into curiosity, striking up conversations with nothing but a smile, and always leaving room for the unplanned detours that became our best stories.

Those childhood lessons grew into a lifetime of wandering. After 28 years and 19 countries I’ve built on that foundation with hard-earned know-how. Here, you’ll find the honest advice I wish I’d had.

This blog is for those who believe travel is about connection, not just passports stamps. Whether you’re planning an adventure or daydreaming from home, I’m here to help you explore deeper, with the same wonder and attention to the world that my dad once showed me.
